Junior Print Operator

Vacancy Details

We are looking for a reliable, energetic and computer-literate Junior Print Operator to join our team in Randburg. This is an entry-level position. Previous printing experience is not required as full on-the-job training will be provided.

Main Duties

  • Operate digital printing equipment
  • Prepare and monitor print jobs
  • Check print quality
  • Perform basic printer cleaning and maintenance
  • Pack completed customer orders
  • Prepare and send parcels via courier
  • Assist with stock fulfilment
  • Communicate with customers via WhatsApp, telephone and in person
  • Occasionally update product listings and stock information on our online platforms

Required Skills

  • Graphics Software
  • Print Runs
  • Graphics Layout: 1 year or less
  • Print Shop: 1 year or less
  • Print Work: 1 year or less
  • Rip Software

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Good computer skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Friendly and professional when dealing with customers
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
  • Comfortable with practical, hands-on work
  • Able to follow instructions accurately
  • Must reside in Randburg or the surrounding area

Previous printing experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
