1. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the custom nature of our products, including DTF (Direct-to-Film), UV DTF, and sublimation prints, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. This policy aligns with industry standards, as custom-printed items are tailored to individual specifications and cannot be resold.

2. Defective Prints

If you receive a product with a printing defect attributable to our production process, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will require photographic evidence of the defect to assess the issue. Upon verification, we will reprint the defective item at no additional cost. Please note that we do not offer refunds for defective prints but will ensure a prompt replacement.

3. Customer-Supplied Artwork

We are not liable for errors in the final product arising from incorrect or low-resolution artwork provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all submitted designs meet our specified requirements. Additionally, we assume that all customer-supplied artwork is free from copyright infringement. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the designs, and you agree to indemnify us against any claims related to intellectual property violations.

4. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and production has commenced, cancellations are not permitted. This policy is due to the personalized nature of our printing services, where each item is made to order based on customer specifications.

5. Shipping and Handling

We utilize reputable shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of your orders. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping companies. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any return shipping fees in cases where returns are authorized.
